SiCrystal, STMicroelectronics Expand Silicon Carbide Wafer Supply Agreement

ROHM and STMicroelectronics announced the expansion of the existing multi-year, long-term 150mm silicon carbide (SiC) substrate wafers supply agreement with SiCrystal, a ROHM group company.
